Faculty

In the late 1990s an emerging issue national in scope was identified relating to faculty demographics and a predicted wave of retirements. To better inform its stakeholders, the Commission conducted a study, released in 2002, characterizing the trends at the Maritime region level.

Below is the original study, as well as Strategies for Renewal, the outcome of a regional symposium to discuss the findings. In addition, updates of key statistics are available.
